If you can’t change your life for a day, change it for a minute

By Mateo Saturday

It is easy to assume that a minute means nothing in a world where big things happen over days, years and even decades but however small, a minute is enough to change your life for good. Most people struggle to do the right thing, and this is because the right thing is in their mind conceived as this big change in behavior that involves a change in relationships, quitting drinking, taking classes, working extra hours, taking on a new job, saving more and so on. Basically, something that requires both effort and time things that are so hard to spare in a world where we are always occupied and committed to the brim.
In that case, you have to look at the scraps and ask yourself if my schedule for the day is full what am I left with? There is always a minute to spare and in this minute choose what it is you would want to do that  will make you a better person. An alcoholic might decide to delay ordering  another bottle for just one minute and then challenge themselves to another minute after the first is done and change their life this way. A bored office guy might choose to imagine their dream career and an athlete to keep saying that I can make it. in short, you can choose whatever you want to do with this one minute, and the great thing about it is that there will always be a minute to spare.
If you type the word one might practice on the internet, you will be surprised at the many things that you can do for a minute. There are structured one-minute exercises that will help you with your weight problem; there are minute meditation programs, mental practices, and  countless other challenges. Most people use the one minute rule to increase their tolerance, holding on for one more minute is after all a walk in the park
Todays two rules
Reduce the impossible to something that you can do under a minute
Practice tolerance by holding back just a minute longer.
